These Terms govern your use of Pollbaba (the "Service"), operated by PixelHive LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, and we may refuse service to anyone.
Listing an affiliate programme is free. All submissions and edits enter a moderation queue and are published only after approval; editing a live listing returns it to moderation. We may reject, edit, unpublish or remove any listing at our discretion — for example if it is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or promotes prohibited content.
You warrant that you have the right to submit the content you post and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
Reviews must reflect genuine experience. Fake, incentivised, or competitor-sabotaging reviews are prohibited, as is operating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings. Reviews are moderated before publication.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in backups or where we must keep them by law.
If you claim ownership of a listing, you confirm you are authorised to represent that programme. We verify claims at our discretion and may reverse a claim we believe was made in bad faith.
Listing is free. You may instead choose a paid tier when you submit:
The listing fee is a one-time charge, not a subscription. Paid tiers buy faster review — your listing is checked ahead of the free queue — but every listing is still reviewed by a person before it goes live. Paying does not guarantee approval; if we reject a paid submission we refund the listing fee.
The 30-day placement window for Featured and Spotlight starts when your listing is approved, not when you pay, so time spent in review never counts against it. Basic has no window — it applies on approval and stays.
Keeping your placement. When the 30 days of a Featured or Spotlight placement end, your listing stays live and returns to the Basic tier, not Free — it keeps its dofollow link and its position above free listings, and only loses the Featured or Spotlight position. To keep that position you can take out a monthly add-on — US$15/month for Featured, US$29/month for Spotlight. These are recurring subscriptions: they renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your dashboard, keeping the placement until the end of the period you have paid for.
If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the tier it bought is withdrawn and the listing returns to Free, including its nofollow link.
Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never handle your card details. Because placement is delivered immediately, a listing fee is non-refundable once the placement has gone live, except where refunds are required by law, where we reject the listing, or where we fail to deliver the placement. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hi@pollbaba.com and we will investigate.
Refunds and chargebacks. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed via chargeback, we may immediately remove the associated placement and revert the listing to Free. Statutory consumer rights, where they apply, are unaffected.
We operate a referral programme. Commissions are paid only on genuine, completed and verified purchases. Self-referrals, fraudulent conversions, cookie stuffing, spam and other manipulation are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of commissions and termination.
Pollbaba is a directory. We list affiliate programmes, networks and offers operated by third parties. We are not a party to any agreement between you and those third parties.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of commission rates, payout terms, cookie durations, or any other programme detail, and we do not guarantee that any programme will accept you, pay you, or remain available. Details change frequently and are often supplied by the programme owner. Always verify terms directly with the programme before relying on them. Any dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
We send service emails — account verification, listing approvals, payment receipts and placement reminders. These are part of running your account and can't be turned off while you have one.
We also publish a newsletter, PollBaba's Scroll, delivered through Substack. When you create an account the sign-up form offers to subscribe you and that box is ticked by default; untick it before creating the account if you'd rather not receive it. You can opt out at any time in Profile → Settings or from the unsubscribe link in any issue, and doing so has no effect on your account or any listing you own.

The Service, including its design, code, branding and compiled data, belongs to PixelHive LLC and is protected by intellectual property law. These Terms grant you no rights in our trade marks. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Where a change materially reduces a paid boost you have already purchased, contact us and we will make it right.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any listing information is accurate or current.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity — including any losses arising from your dealings with a third-party programme listed on the Service.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.
You agree to indemnify and hold PixelHive LLC harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 10, 12, 13 and 14) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
